Diacontinus: An all-arounder!
Elasticity paired with limitless wealth. “Playful ease” was what experts called it when Diacontinus proved its skills in the last tournament season. Already at the age of seven he was able to come up with a victory and numerous placings up to international placings in the heavy class.
Also in terms of heredity, this large-framed mold leaves nothing to be desired. Licensed sons and premium stallions are the result of his first licensing years. Among the numerous Hanoverian premium candidates from his first year is also the jumping winner mare of the Herwart from the Decken-Schau 2017. Overall, his descendants convince not only by outstanding fortune and impeccable manner, but also shine with three outstanding basic gaits and modern type.
In 2020, Diacontinus was in second place of the jumping stallions in the Germany-wide breeding evaluation with a breeding value jumping of 156! This is due to his exceptional quality as an athlete and sire, as well as the achievements of his offspring.
Due to its sportiness and above-average sire qualities, Diacontinus is one of the top sellers of the Celle State Stud.
The father Diarado is one of the most popular show jumping sires of the present time and offers an interesting new blood alternative for sport horse breeders due to the French blood of his sire Diamant de Semilly, and he has delivered show jumpers of the vey best quality.
Diacontinus’ dam line is well known for producing talented jumpers. Licensed stallions and successful sporthorses like the Celle stallion, Perpignon, also stem from this line. Diacontinus’ full sister, Diarada KJ, attracted attention early as a highly priced auction foal, and as a four year old, she won the Herwart von der Decken show as the best jumper mare earning her States Premium title.
He gained 9 for conformation, 8.38 for rideability, 9.58 for jumping, 7.5 for trot, 8.75 for canter, 7.25 walk and 9.13 for cross country at his 70 day performance test. He has 10 licensed sons, 73 state premium mares and 78 auction horses.
